These associate with this website and its offerings if you continue to use our website and services. Therefore, the following terms and conditions determine this website’s use:
- The objective of many of the items and resources included on this website is to explain, elaborate, describe, clarify, and implement our services. Thus, these are subject to change at any time without notice.

- You understand that by using our services, you agree to our company’s internal policies.
- Brilliant Cleaning has the authority of all its web material, including copywriting, multimedia images, articles, and the usage of formats. So, we strictly prohibit duplication unless carrying out following the copyright notice, which is a part of these terms and conditions.

- The regulations of the UAE Major Courts govern your use of the website, as well as any disputes that may arise from it.
- When you schedule a cleaning with Brilliant Cleaning Services, we guarantee that a cleaner will arrive on time. So, if we schedule the cleaning session through the website or via email, our representative will contact you to confirm the booking to avoid any confusion.
- After the cleaning process, you must make payment to our cleaners, and this fee is non-refundable.
- The company reserves the right to change the rates and arrangements at any time.
- As we alter our prices in response to changing economic conditions, we ask for your patience and consideration.
Regulation on Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours ahead of time. You must send the notification in writing or convey it to us over the phone. Brilliant Cleaning Services retains the right to charge you 50% of the booking price if you cancel before 24 hours.
Brilliant Cleaning Services will not disclose or sell any customer information with other companies, such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
Currency, Payment Process
After the cleaning session, we collect money in AED by currency, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. Please contact our office if you have any additional issues. We will send a copy to your email address within 24 hours of making a deposit.
- Brilliant Cleaning declares that the country of residence is the United Arab Emirates, adding that local rules will apply.
- Visa and MasterCard, as well as the currencies accepted for payment.
- We shall not trade with OFAC or sanctioned countries, and we will not provide services to them.
- We do not allow persons under the age of 18 to sign up as users of the website. So, also forbid them to process payments or access the website.
- The cardholder must save a copy of the transaction records and Brilliant Cleaning Services LLC’s policy and regulations.
- It is the user’s responsibility to keep his data private.
Confirmation of Payment
We will email the confirmation message to the customer within 24 hours of the invoice being accepted.
